Dan recently installed a lovely new gas boiler to replace my museum piece of an oil boiler. The work was carried out in a most professional way with great consideration, care and minimum disruption. Having worked within the plumbing and water industry for the past 45 plus years, it was a pleasure to have another professional come into my home to replace an ageing and troublesome boiler. In discussion with Daniel prior to the new boiler installation, it was clearly apparent he had a good knowledge of his products, the trade and substantial experience. An outstanding gas engineer, Dan (the man) has looked after our boiler for years. He is a stickler for safety and performance detail - which is essential with mains gas. We have needed an emergency attendance and he came out on a Sunday (yes really, a Sunday) to get our boiler and hot water working properly again.
